Wooden Globe Puzzle That Lights Up
This 3D wooden globe puzzle assembles into a working world globe lamp. The 180 laser-cut plywood pieces slot together without glue, and the built-in warm LED turns the finished wood globe into ambient desk lighting for a home office, study or bedroom shelf.
The cartography panels carry gothic lettering and a vintage explorer look, and a mini magnifying glass rides on the meridian arm the way it does on an antique library globe.
Why Builders Pick This 3D Wooden Globe Puzzle
- Globe puzzle and lamp in one: the assembled world globe holds a warm LED that glows through the open wooden latitude bands.
- 180 precision pieces: every part is CO2 laser cut so the plywood tabs seat cleanly with no sanding or glue.
- Vintage explorer detailing: gothic map lettering, a meridian stand and a working mini magnifying glass.
- Screen free build: 4 to 8 hours of mechanical model assembly for adults and teens who like hands on hobby kits.
- Display piece: sits on a desk, bookshelf or entry table as geography themed home decor once the build is done.
Wood Globe Puzzle Kit Gift Ideas
The finished globe suits travellers, geography teachers, map collectors and anyone building a study or reading corner. It works as a birthday, Christmas, graduation or retirement gift because the build itself is part of the present.

I enjoyed the globe it was a little tricky to attach the map to the globe. I had to use the alternate method. Turned out great. Thanks puzzloria.
Very well explained, very good quality.

the assembly description is not particularly clear, even with the help of videos in some steps it becomes quite complicated. In particular, fixing the plastic strips at the ends is very complex.
