Shipping
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, we ship to puzzle enthusiasts all over the world! Shipping costs will apply and will be calculated at checkout. We frequently run promotions with discounted shipping, so keep an eye out for special deals.
How long will it take to receive my puzzle? +
Domestic orders typically take 2-5 business days, while international deliveries can take 7-14 business days. Detailed delivery estimates will be provided in your order confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use? +
We partner with all major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for international shipments. You'll be able to select your preferred delivery method during checkout.
Is free shipping available? +
We offer free shipping internationally on all orders over $60.

2. Your order has been shipped
3. Your puzzle delivery is confirmed

How do I cancel or modify my order? +
To change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order via email at contact@puzzloria.com. We'll process your request as quickly as possible. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

At Puzzloria, we offer a wide range of puzzles including jigsaw puzzles (from 100 to 5000 pieces), wooden puzzles, 3D puzzles, mechanical puzzles, brain teasers, puzzle boxes, and limited edition collector's puzzles. We're constantly expanding our collection to bring you the most unique and challenging puzzles from around the world.
Can I return puzzles? +
We want you to be completely satisfied with your puzzles. If you need to return a product, we offer a 90-day return policy for unused puzzles in their original packaging. For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement.
Do you offer custom puzzles? +
Yes! We offer custom photo puzzles that make perfect gifts. Simply upload your favorite image during the ordering process, select your preferred piece count and puzzle style, and we'll create a unique puzzle just for you. Custom puzzles typically take 3-5 additional business days to produce.
What if a puzzle is missing pieces? +
Quality is our priority! If you discover your puzzle is missing pieces or has any defects, please contact us at contact@puzzloria.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll promptly send replacement pieces or a new puzzle if necessary.

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and gift cards. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.
Do you offer gift cards? +
Yes! Puzzloria gift cards are available in denominations from $25 to $200 and can be delivered via email or as a physical card. They make perfect gifts for the puzzle lovers in your life and never expire.
