472 Piece Wooden Flying Ship Model Kit
The Stellar Abyss Voyager is a 3D wooden puzzle that builds a fantasy flying ship from 472 laser cut birch pieces. Assembled it measures 477 x 253 x 242 mm, which makes it one of the larger wooden ship models to display on a bookshelf, sideboard or collection cabinet.
The build takes roughly 8 to 10 hours across a few sittings. Pieces press together without glue, and the kit includes the gearing for the moving parts along with an illustrated manual.
Wooden Airship Puzzle with Moving Fins and Lighting
Articulated fins and interlocking gear mechanisms give the finished ship moving parts rather than a fixed shell. Battery powered lighting runs through the hull and lifts the deck detail after dark, so the model works as an ambient light as well as a display piece. The kit takes 3 AA batteries, which are not included.
Two finishes are offered, so the same voyager can be built as a deep blue hull or a warm gold hull depending on the room it is going into.
