Compatible with Lego. There are 12 roses total: 4 closed, 4 half-bloom and 4 full-bloom. The color is very different than other botanical set I could find. Bags are numbered so you can choose which you want to build first. The booklet and instructions are very clear, with separation for each type of flower. All in all, will mix great with other botanical sets, lego or not. Have fun!

Very interesting set for non legos. They are very colorful and pretty. About the same price as a lego set. Was a little more difficult to put together than a lego set though. Overall a good alternative to more expensive legos.

As with all building sets, I find these such zen to assemble. The instructions are big and bright and colored well. Easy to follow with lovely gratification. I tend to seek out flower sets with adjustable stems, as opposed to that one think piece of plastic, as the builds are much more solid, and customizable.
