Punch Needle Pen Kit with Five Needle Sizes
This punch needle pen kit is the tool set for punch needle embroidery, rug hooking, cross stitch and other yarn work. The handle takes interchangeable alloy needles, so one grip covers fine cotton thread and chunky wool without swapping tools.
What the Embroidery Pen Kit Does
- Five needle sizes: 5 mm, 3.5 mm, 2.5 mm, 2 mm and 1.6 mm tips cover thick wool through to fine embroidery thread
- Adjustable loop length: the shaft sets to four positions, so loop height changes without changing the needle
- Threader included: the wire threader pulls yarn through the shaft, which is the fiddly step on any punch needle
- Two handle finishes: a turned wooden handle or a moulded blue handle, both shaped to reduce hand fatigue
- Multi craft use: punch needle, rug hooking, tufting, cross stitch, knitting and general DIY textile projects

Choosing a Needle Size
The larger 5 mm and 3.5 mm needles take chunky wool and fill an area quickly, which suits rug style hoop art and cushion panels. The 2 mm and 1.6 mm needles take thin embroidery thread for outlines, lettering and small detail work. Swapping mid project is how a single piece gets both texture and fine line detail.
