What You Build

The shelving, arches, staircase, tiny books, potion bottles and floor assemble by hand from over two hundred laser cut wood and acrylic pieces. The lighting is wired in before the front panel goes on.

Before You Start

Glue and batteries are not supplied, so have both ready before opening the parts. The pieces are laser cut and fit together closely, so work on a flat surface with tweezers to hand and keep the numbered sheets in order as you go.

Displaying the Finished Nook

The insert is sized to stand between books on a normal shelf, so it reads as a lit window cut into the row rather than an ornament placed in front of it. It also works on a desk, a mantel or a cabinet shelf, and the battery pack sits behind the model where it stays out of sight.
