Great looking owl Took me around 15 hours with steady build…I enjoyed building this one and the end result is rather impressive. The stand is pretty stable and surprisingly, the wings are solid too. It’s a lot smaller than I was expecting 😬 The instructions are a lot better than the other models that I built before. I didn’t find any issues with the instructions for this one. Although a lot of parts are quite small so can get pretty fiddly and frustrated at times, other than that, overall was a good experience in terms of building.
Spectacular piece of art It looks spectacular. It's not an easy build. some of the steps are not very clear, and others should be in a reverse order in order to allow better construction. The Scorpio built was much easier than this one. Overall, it's a beautiful piece.
Worth the effort! Some of the steps were...gnarly, but the last part flew by, heh. The final result is awesome! I painted it with alcohol and acrylic markers.
