Steampunk Anglerfish 3D Metal Model Kit

This one was a complicated build. You get the hang of it, but it keeps being challenging until you finish. Beautiful result.

This is my second time making it and loved doing them both times, the metal is nice and tight, making it more sturdy. I love it

The instructions are clear and the assembly is very fun and never repetitive (In addition to the lantern fish I also assembled the octopus, which is inevitably more monotonous in terms of assembly procedure, although extremely beautiful too), I attach some photos taken

It's a great puzzle it took me three days to finish.

Good documentation, lots of parts made for a fun project. I had 3 issues (probably something I did wrong on 2 of 3). Screws were too short for step 36. I had to use longer screws from my own supply. Also, I could not get step 99 to fit. I ended up drilling 2 holes further back in part H8 to assemble. The last issue was the batteries were all corroded. They called them "univeral button batteries" which is not a thing. Button batteries have sizes. These are AG1 size. Overall a good experience.

I enjoyed putting this anglerfish together. Very complicated it made it challenging which is what I enjoyed most. Turned out beautiful. Excellent quality, worth every penny.

Great Product: Great Job

Awesome result, assembly is a little tricky: The result looks fantastic, I love it to bits! The assembly process was a bit tricky, as some parts didn't fit well and needed a bit of tweaking. One example: One screw was just too short, so I had to get rid of one part to be able to still fit the nut.

Enjoyable.: I'm almost done building the lantern fish but i gotta say i think the hardest part about this was the threads in the teeth could use some improvement. It was near impossible to tighten them properly without using the pliers to grip them and a lot of force to get the screw in. Little side instructions on whether something should be completely tightened or left loose for a future step would be nice as well but it's not that big of a factor. Love the idea of these kinds of builds!

Great constructions: Hi, I haven't yet start building the Anglerfish. As I bought 4 different puzzles, I have started with the Sea-horse and, besides some difficluties on the intrepretations of the instruction manual, the building is great. So far I've finished the sea-horse head and started the body.

très chouette jeu de construction: J'ai adoré monter le poisson lanterne, cependant je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles parce que certains passages ne sont pas très clairs sur le plan. Il manque un pas à pas filmé ou des photos plus détaillées et prises de plusieurs côtés pour que l'on voie bien comment sont placées les pièces. Sinon tout est parfait...Il faut du temps et de la patience (et des doigts très fins!

Review: Absolutely In love with this puzzle/ build. My only negative points is that some peices are smaller than they appear in the instructions so the scaling looks off (fins and tail) and in some sections it has said to use a *16 screw but with all the correct parts there is no room for the nut at the end, so I can either use a 22* screw or remove the gasket. I opted to remove the gasket incase there aren't enough screw later. Still building, but am hoping it works out. Also unsure of how to get the lights to work, but that will hopefully come later and I just missed it while scanning the instructions.

Nice 3D puzzle: The Transport to Germany was no problem, everything is fine and I hope to get all parts together to enjoy the 3D Model.

Nice puzzle!: Really enjoying the build. Creative assembly techniques and a pair of hemostats (not included) have helped immensely.
