3D Wooden Puzzle of a Classic Accordion
This wooden model kit builds a scaled accordion from 152 laser cut plywood parts, with a folded bellows body, a piano style keyboard on the treble side and a bass button panel on the other. The parts press together on friction, so no glue, paint or tools are involved.
What the Accordion Model Kit Includes
- Bellows structure: layered wooden slats form the folding centre section that gives the accordion its recognisable shape
- Keyboard and bass keys: both playing surfaces are cut as separate wooden parts rather than printed on flat panels
- Glue free assembly: numbered pieces push fit together, which keeps the build clean and reversible if a section needs redoing
- Natural wood finish: the grain is left exposed, so the model sits neutral against shelves, sheet music and instrument cases
